• Room rates:
• Dorchester bedroom £100 per room per night
• Abbotsbury bedroom £100 per room per night
• Sherborne bedroom £80 per room per night
• Lulworth bedroom £70 per room per night
• Single occupancy will be charged at £60 per night.
• All rooms have en-suite facilities and include English breakfast.
• Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm.
• Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.00am.
• Check out time is by 10.30am.
• This is a non smoking house and gardens.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit cards.

The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation but may be used for a later booking. The balance is payable by cash or cheque on arrival.
